For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to Him. 2 Chronicles 16:9
God is looking for people who are
whole-heartedly committed to Him so that He may strengthen them. God searches the heart of
every man and understands the motives behind each thought (1
Chronicles 28:9). The world may judge us by our deeds but God is
looking at our hearts.
God has such a great love for us! So much that
He desires to strengthen us, to enable us to go forward, to the destiny that He himself
has planned for each and every one of us. Think about that - God himself - Creator of the
Universe - has a plan and a destiny for your life! The One who created Adam from the dust
of the earth has created a purpose and plan for your life. What an honor! But that
purpose, that plan, that divine destiny will never be reached if you are not seeking after
God and fully, 100% committed to Him. 1 Chronicles 28:9 goes on to say "If you seek
him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will reject you forever".
Don’t be afraid to seek God, to follow
where He leads you. God is a good God. He won’t lead you to a place of harm. Jeremiah
29:11 says "‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord,
‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a
future.’" You have a promise from God himself that He plans to prosper you, to
give you hope and a future, you can’t find a better deal than that! So why are people
afraid of God and the plans He has for their lives? Somewhere they’ve missed the fact
that God is good and in Him there is no bad thing. 1 John 1:5, "God is light; in him
there is no darkness at all." None, zero, zip, not one little spot of darkness. God
is a good God, know that, believe that, you can trust God. He won’t change (Hebrews 13:8) He’ll be the same forever! You can put your trust in
Him, commit yourself to Him and He will strengthen you for the purpose and the destiny He
has created you for. Don’t miss it! He has plans for you that are beyond your wildest
imagination. Go with God and Go For It! He’ll never let you down.
